Verification of helium loop unsteady simulation

چکیده

This paper presents the one-dimensional unsteady mathematical model of a natural convection loop. The flow inside all thermohydraulic circuit components is described by conservation laws mass, momentum and energy. governing equations are completed an ideal gas equation state. resulting nonlinear system partial differential was linearized discretized in time space. Fully-implicit formulation leading to sparse matrix used. heat exchanger flux calculated according NTU-ε Bell Delaware (cooler). scenario-driven covers accumulation solid parts exchangers medium mass changes. numerical implementation performed C++ programing language. modeled data were compared with measured excellent agreement – average relative errors within interval 2.538÷5.378 (%).
